A Community of Care

Integral to the top medical care provided at North Idaho Neurosurgery & Spine are the efforts of the highly trained and experienced nurse practitioner Paige Harder, NP. Working closely with Dr. McDonald, she handles every aspect of integrated support, from learning the history of patient's difficulties at their initial patient visit, to providing surgical assistance in the operating room and postoperative hospital care.

Ms. Harder is a graduate of the Gonzaga University Nurse Practitioner program. Previously she was one of the lead Orthopedic Surgery scrub nurses in the Main OR at Harborview Hospital, University of Washington in Seattle
